Naiberi swan song

Naiberi is about one hour drive from our campus. It is located on the Nairobi road from Eldoret town.
I was so surprised to spot a group of domestic geese swimming in the creek along the Naiberi camp side.
This remind me of my childhood back in 1960's at our home village in Kotamobagu, where my brother and I must go along the creek which cross our village to find our geese and brought them home.
The squealing  voice and stretching neck of the geese really brought back the nostalgia of our home village.
We really can not predict what life might give us. It was really a refreshing experience to recall the beauty of my childhood joy here in Africa wilderness.

VOCE ANGELICA

Voce Angelica is the children choir, formed by UEAB Music department as part of their children music program, which was developed and led by Aylwin and Kathleen Yonathan. They had done several performances in campus as well as in Nairobi. The following pictures is from the Fund raising program which was performed on Saturday evening Novemeber 5, 2011. It was such an outstanding witness of our UEAB children. Their angelic voices really touched all of us.
We also must appreciate Aylwin and Kathleen and the Music department for their works.

Sabbath with Outreach group at Kibabet

We went for an outreach program at the Kibabet Tea Estate, Nandy Hills. It was a very nice program, though we must walk for more than 3 km through a very muddy road. We met a group of High school students who invited us to have a short program with them. After the Divine worship we went down to the cave and waterfall. In the afternoon we distributed the certificates to the faithful outreach senior members, who will finish their study this semester and outreach sponsors.
