BEAUTIFUL WHITE BARA
At about 14:00 Monday August 16, 2011 just after lunch when we were ready for our class, suddenly the sky became very dark. The strong wind blew and then little white ice in form of hail pour down. In less then an hour Baraton was covered with layer of ice.
I got my camera and took pictures and was very surprised to see how people react to this extraordinary phenomena. Many of them are also with their cameras. "Sir, we are in Europe" some of my students told me.
It was very nice to see our Beautiful green Bara turns into white.

BARATONIANS IN ACTIONS
This week news are full with the coverage of the looting and burnings by the youth gangs in UK major cities. It was so such a horrible and sad feeling to see young people joined gangs and involved in activities such as looting, burnings and killings.
Today I am very glad to see our young men spent their precious time in sport.
Watching them exercise their power and energy in a good sport, while enjoying the games, make our life in Baraton so colorful. This Sunday morning is the game between Zambia and Malawi club.
I am very surprise to see what I got from the photos taken during the game. They are many, but I only choose to post the ones where the players are in action.
Unlike the UK news where the pictures show young people looting and beating the fellow Britons, I am very proud to post our young Baratonians in beautiful actions.
Whosoever won the game GOD BLESSES YOU ALL, VERY PROUD OF YOU.

NTV in Baraton
On July 1, 2011 the Nation TV media came to Baraton to do their coverage on the Nandy Hill county. They chose UEAB as their base where the news was broadcasted through out the country. I took this opportunity to talk to one of the Nation TV presenter named Joe after the church on Saturday July 2. That weekend from July 1-3 UEAB and the Nandy area was shown on the NTV.

Rwandan MBA students in UEAB and thesis defend
Justin, Deo, Eugene and Therese were very impressed with the beauty of UEAB campus.
"We've seen Bara pictures on your blog, now we've seen the real beauty of beautiful bara".
"I want to send my children to study here"."We 've never thought that Baraton is this big, there are more you should promote about Bara".
They came here for the first time to defend their MBA thesis. I took them around the campus on Sunday June 26, 2011.
The following pictures are from our campus tour and their thesis defend on June 27, 2011.
